We require 48 hours prior notice to set up or cancel an appointment.

All sessions are pre-paid.

There is a $25 administrative fee for each and any missed appointment or cancellation for which we do not receive at least 48 hours prior notice.
Pricing - By Invoice

In-person appointments, meetings and group workshops are charged at a minimum of $500 /half-day, plus travel expenses if more than $50.

Other products services are pro-rated to a standard rate of $135/hour or $850/Day for one or more full days.

Taxes and out-of-pocket costs will be discussed with clients and charged as agreed, on a cost plus basis.

CoherenceClinic provides products and services on the basis that potential clients and we agree on the terms of services which include pre-agreement to a formal Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.

We and our clients understand that your health condition and requirements are unique to you, and changing over time.

When potential clients and we both agree that CoherenceClinic may be helpful, then a minimum intake fee of $270 (2 hours) will be requested, and payment will be received after which time, CoherenceClinic will send you intake questionnaires and review them in preparation for a phone consultation with you.

CoherenceClinic products and services, including person-centred health research and XAI-empowered customized analyses, range of assessments, informative reports or workshops, and customized health recommendations or novel light-feedback therapies, in no way replace the care provided by a client's own medical doctor.

Our consultants and practitioners do not establish a doctor-patient relationship with our clients.

Our services may inform clients' and their practitioners' care , and augment their ability to manage healing and health.

We do not see clients who require urgent, emergency or acute care, unless directly called by a doctor to consult on health-related matters.
